In short: Seniors Helping Seniors® Scottsdale provides non-medical in-home senior care in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Tempe, and the Phoenix neighborhoods of Arcadia, Biltmore, Camelback, and Northeast Phoenix. Our Caregivers are seniors themselves, thoughtfully matched by personality and need, background-checked, bonded, and insured. Services range from companionship and rides to personal care and dementia support, with Medicare GUIDE respite available for eligible families.

Why Peer-to-Peer Care Works

Our Caregivers are seniors, too. That's the point.

Our Caregivers are active, mature adults, independent and thriving in their own lives, and nobody understands the value of independence, routine, and real conversation like someone who has earned a few gray hairs of their own. That shared life experience turns care into friendship.

Companions, not strangers

Your mom or dad gets more than a Caregiver: they get a companion from their generation. Someone who understands their memories, enjoys their music, and shares the experiences that shaped their lives. Less loneliness. More connection. More moments that feel like friendship.

Carefully matched

We pair every client and Caregiver by personality, interests, and needs, then check in after the first visits to make sure the match truly fits.

Bonded, insured & background-checked

Every Caregiver is background-checked, and we're proud members of the Arizona In-Home Care Association and the Home Care Association of America.

What Seniors Helping Seniors® in-home care looks like

Two and a half minutes on why a Caregiver from your parent's own generation changes everything.

Video still: a Seniors Helping Seniors® Caregiver with a client at home
Even though she is "independent", we have peace of mind that she has an extra set of eyes on her… Mom was not at all thrilled about that "extra set of eyes" in the beginning, but now looks forward to visits… best decision we could have made enlisting their assistance.

Questions Families Ask

The things you're wondering at 2 AM

What is in-home senior care?

Personalized, non-medical support that helps older adults stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home: companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, personal care, wellness checks, and help with daily routines.

How is peer-to-peer care different?

Our Caregivers are often seniors themselves. Shared life experience creates stronger connections, easier communication, and care that feels like a friend stopping by rather than a service arriving.

Can I hire a Caregiver for just a few hours a week?

Yes. Scheduling is flexible: a few hours of companionship each week, transportation to appointments, help after surgery, overnight care, or consistent daily support. We build the plan around your family.

Are Caregivers background-checked?

Yes. Every Caregiver is background-checked, and we are bonded and insured. We match Caregivers and clients by personality, interests, and care needs.

How do we get started?

Call (480) 674-5400 or request a free care visit. We'll learn about your loved one's needs and routines, then thoughtfully match your family with the right Caregiver, usually within days.

Request your free care visit

You don't have to carry this alone.

You get to be the daughter again. The son. The husband or wife, not the person coordinating every part of their care. Let's talk. We will personally walk you through a free, no-pressure care visit for your loved one.

There is no form to fill out. Call or email and Andy's team will set up your free care visit.
