Andy's Story

Why did Andy choose peer-to-peer senior care?

Before senior care, Andy spent his career as an attorney and CPA and ran businesses for more than 30 years. Then his own family went through aging and caregiving, and he saw how easily care can feel like a series of appointments instead of a relationship.

The Seniors Helping Seniors^® model struck him differently. Active, mature Caregivers come from the same generation as the people they care for, are matched carefully, and are given time to build something real. Andy signed his franchise agreement in January 2022 and opened the Scottsdale office that May.

Today he is a Scottsdale resident caring for his own community, and his office is still the kind of place where the owner is one phone call away.

We pair every client and Caregiver by personality, interests, and needs, then follow up after the first visits. If a match doesn't feel right, we change it. The relationship is the product.

Every Caregiver is background-checked, and we're bonded and insured. We're proud members of the Arizona In-Home Care Association and the Home Care Association of America.

Programs that stretch a budget

As a Medicare GUIDE respite provider, we help families caring for a loved one with dementia receive up to $2,500 a year of in-home respite, available to eligible families with Traditional Medicare. We also help families of Veterans put VA in-home care benefits to work.
