Quick answer

Our Caregivers work across the northeast Valley and into Tempe: Scottsdale and Fountain Hills on the east side, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, the Biltmore, Tatum and Shea, and north Phoenix on the west, and the whole city of Tempe to the south. If your parent's neighborhood is shaded on the map below, a Caregiver can come to them, whether they live in a house, a condo, an assisted living apartment or an independent living community.

If You Are Close to the Edge

What if my street is not shaded?

Call and ask. Some addresses sit right on a boundary, and a line on a map can run down the middle of a block, so we would rather look it up with you than turn a family away by mistake.

Here is what you will get on that call. If we can serve your parent, we will say yes and book the free care visit. If we cannot, we will say that plainly and point you toward an office or a resource that can help, because sending you somewhere useful is worth more to us than stringing you along. We will not promise coverage we do not have and work it out later.

Not sure which side of the line you are on? Call (480) 674-5400 and read us the address. It takes about a minute, and there is no form to fill out.

We Come to You

Do you only visit private homes?

No. A Caregiver comes to your parent wherever they live inside the shaded area. The address decides whether we can help; the kind of building does not.

That matters more than families expect. Moving into assisted living does not mean the one-to-one company, the walks, the errands and the long conversations stop being needed. Often that is exactly when they start to matter most.

FAQ

Questions about our service area

Do you serve my neighborhood?

Look for it on the map above. Seniors Helping Seniors® Scottsdale covers Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Tempe, and the northeast side of Phoenix, including Arcadia, the Biltmore, Tatum and Shea, and north Phoenix. If your parent's neighborhood is shaded, a Caregiver can come to them. If you would rather just ask a person, call (480) 674-5400.

What if my street is not shaded on the map?

Call (480) 674-5400 and ask. Boundaries are not always obvious from a street address, so we would rather check than turn a family away by mistake. If we can help, we will say so on the call. If we cannot, we will tell you plainly and point you toward someone who can.

Do you visit assisted living and independent living communities?

Yes. Our Caregivers work in private homes, in assisted living, and in independent living. What decides it is the address, not the kind of building, so if the community sits inside the shaded area on the map we can visit your parent there.

Do you cover the Scottsdale addresses that sit inside Phoenix?

Yes. There is a pocket of homes that carry Scottsdale mailing addresses on ground that belongs to the city of Phoenix, which is why neighbors there hear it called both names. It is shaded on our map either way, so whichever name your parent's address uses, a Caregiver can come to them.
