About us
Seniors Helping Seniors® Scottsdale is an independently owned and operated franchise providing non-medical in-home senior care in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, and Northeast Phoenix, Arizona. We provide companionship, help with daily living, personal care, transportation, and dementia respite support.
Use of this website
The content here is for general information about our services. It is not medical advice and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Requesting a care visit
Contacting us through this site starts a conversation. It does not create a care agreement and it does not promise that services are available in your area or at the times you need. Care begins only after an in-home care visit and a signed service agreement.
Text messaging program
Who sends the messages: Eastwood Holdings LLC, doing business as Seniors Helping Seniors® Scottsdale.
What we send, with your consent to informational messages: appointment confirmations, care visit reminders, care related updates, and replies to questions you have asked us.
What we send, with your separate consent to promotional messages: service updates, care resources, review requests, and occasional offers. Consent to promotional messages is optional and separate from consent to informational messages. You can agree to one, both, or neither.
How often: message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us. Most people receive a few messages per month.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages themselves.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages.
Getting help: reply HELP to any message, email info@shsscottsdale.com, or call (480) 674-5400.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything or of receiving care from us.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Caregiver inquiries
Asking about caregiving does not create an offer of employment or any employment relationship. Caregiver positions are subject to background checks, reference checks, and applicable requirements.

This site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Eastwood Holdings LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.
